The Poliform Shape Kitchen is one of those rare designs. Defined by its recessed profile handle and an unwavering commitment to purity of line, Shape brings harmony to the modern home: a synthesis of precision, materiality and effortless daily living.

Shape was conceived from a vision of subtle elegance: a kitchen that bridges the gap between handle-less minimalism and the tactile familiarity of traditional kitchens. The recessed profile handle is the key: in base units it may sit at mid-door or at the side; in tall units it forms a full-height moulding.
This contrast – visible form embraced with hidden function – belongs to Poliform’s DNA. It’s about achieving clean geometry yet human scale, visually coherent yet intimately usable. At Poliform North, we help translate that philosophy into beautiful homes.

Exceptional kitchens are built on exceptional details. The Shape Kitchen collection is entirely made in Italy, enabling complete control across production, materials and finish. The kitchen is composed of a 26mm thick door, available in a range of different finishes, from glossy lacquer to steel to solid wood. Worktop options range from 6mm porcelain to the grandest marble. From a tactile and aesthetic standpoint, the result is a kitchen that feels built, not merely assembled – where every joint, handle and surface speaks of craftsmanship.

In one of our recent Yorkshire projects, the Shape kitchen provided the transformative centrepiece: A metal-lacquer island and black elm tall units housing integrated Gaggenau appliances. The kitchen became a true highlight of the home, uniting heritage architecture with bold contemporary design.
